The hotel had a stunning lobby that stunned everyone in my family, especially the teens! Our spacious room was impeccably clean, making it a perfect base for exploring Regina. The front desk staff was genuinely accommodating, helping us with luggage and local tips.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

Traveling couples enjoy a charming stay
Had a great experience with extraordinary French toast during breakfast and the staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel has this rich history that makes every moment feel special. The 'Prohibition Room' is a fascinating touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

The hotel is beautifully elegant, and I felt a warm welcome upon arriving. The doorman helped with my bags, which was a nice touch. Check-in went smoothly, and the receptionist acknowledged my Bonvoy status right away. Room 402 had upscale furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a lovely marble bathroom with high-quality toiletries. I really appreciated the USB ports and good lighting options. However, the elevators had some issues during my stay, which led to long waits. The tea kettle missing from the room was disappointing. I enjoy tea and found it odd to have to make it with a coffee maker. Breakfast at the hotel was great, with a friendly staff that provided excellent service. Overall, a lovely stay with just a few minor inconveniences to note.

superb service and comfy stay
The staff were super friendly and really helpful. Our room was well appointed with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and bathrobe. Enjoyed the fitness center and spa with massage options. Breakfast in the restaurant was a delight, especially the fresh coffee and croissants. Perfect location in downtown with lots nearby.

The historic charm of the hotel is palpable, with delightful details like glass doorknobs and period artwork enhancing the overall experience. Dining was a highlight, especially the extraordinary French toast at breakfast. However, valet parking was missing, making luggage handling inconvenient, and the unexpected parking fees added to the frustration. A surprise entrance by a housekeeper on a Sunday morning was unwelcome, given the late checkout time. Overall, it felt more mediocre than luxurious this time.
